Only suitable for helmets with ventilation holes on both sides
1.Peel off the adhesive backing of the pad
2.Stick the pad onto the strap buckle
3.Attach the strap buckle to the helmet, threading the strap through the helmet's ventilation holes
4.Pull the strap tight and fasten it securely
